Just Play is the participation based arm of the sports delivery at the University of Sunderland. The aim is to get you active at your own pace, there's no competition involved and simply focuses on increasing participation in activity.
If you don’t want to join a team but still wish to be involved in physical activity the Just Play programme could be perfect for you.
Just Play is an ideal way to meet new people and allow yourself to try something new without any pressure or expectation. We take a holistic approach to our student and wellbeing, Just Play is here for our students to feel like they belong in Sunderland and to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for student life.
Within this section, you’ll see all the amazing opportunities available every week for JUST £60. From wellbeing walks to pickleball sessions and lots in between.
Just Play Membership gives students & staff access to the following:
Sessions are available for non-members to attend for £5 per session. All of our Just Play activities are available to sign up to via the 360Player app.
